My name is Haley, and warmly welcome you to this little introduction. I spend a lot of my free time making characters of my own, and all sorts of fandoms. I’ve a degree in English and I recently graduated university with a degree in English Literature, Language and Criticism. I excel at academic writing but I love writing creatively too, even if it isn’t my strongest point!
I grew up a military brat, and am no stranger to travel or change and get a great deal of joy out of meeting new people and experiencing different things and ideas! I am presently homebound due to my respiratory issues and being immunocompromised, meaning I do a great deal of my work from home as a result, and love being able to interact with people online where I can. I can be very shy but I love meeting new people and interacting with others, as socialization, while I may not always be the best at it, brings me great joy! Never be afraid to approach me!

Cosplay

One of my alltime favorite pastimes, and probably my most skilled artform, is cosplay! I love pushing my limits and comfort zones to try and recreate characters using both makeup and crafting skills! I have a lot of characters. The creation of story and characterization is one of my favorite things in the world, and what I went to school to study! Having such a fascination with the creative mind, it's no surprise that I should have so many characters, both original and fandom based. Bright, Collected and Graceful, Koharu Ito is half of the widely popular idol duo VIRTUE and known for her cool image and smooth dancing. Behind her icy apperance, however, lies a woman burning with compassion and kindness, often coming off as an eniga to the people around her. Despite her outter strength, it is evident that a raging battle is at war witin her soul.

Fandom: Final Fantasy XIV

Yura Kha is a young Au Ra Xaela Dragoon hailing from Ishgard. Yura was raised and by her single father, as her mother left when she was still a young child. Despite pleas from her friend and family, Yura allowed her curiosity to get the better of her, and elected to leave Ishgard in search of her mother. She was eventually taken in by the Scions of the Seventh Dawn. She is well meaning and dedicated, but young and very aggressive.

Am powerful mage and the eldest child of House Lécuyer, a minor house in the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus and in service under House Gautier, Sage is often considered to be a very poised and well-bred young woman. Despite the unfortunate circumstances of her status as a crestless bastard child, Sage holds her head high, carrying herself with an ethereal grace and while remaining compassionate and understanding. She is a student at the Officers Academy and is a member of the Blue Lions.

An enigma to the many students around her, Camilla came to Night Raven College like many of her fellow peers, but with one distinct realization found during the initiation ceremony: she is unable to use magic and comes from another world. Despite these unfortunate circumstances, she does her best to keep a good attitude, and is known for her calm but optimistic attitude and dedication to her work, even if she has a tendency to hide her own issues.

A Snezhnayan diplomat and ardent advocate for change, Aleandra spent a great deal of her life living by the rules set by her parents when she was young, remembering always to be "seen not heard." However, in the wake of the chaos caused by the Fatui, she seeks to do her best to prevent damage to the innocent and unprotected, using her role as a means to further keep those around her out of harms way. She loves her home and her people, but despises what they have come to represent and is aware of her status as a puppet. She would do anything to protect her loved ones, even if that meant becoming a devil in their eyes.

Blair hosts hoards of random knowledge under her belt, and has theories about everything under the sun as a result, relying on her expertise in mysteries of the past to allow her to navigate the questions of the present. She works closely alongside her best friend and partner Celia Acosta.

Kayda Kuraokami is an Ice Dragon Spirit who keeps as cool a head as she keeps her body temperature despite her burning heart. Having a composed and collected nature and a generally well meaning attitude, Kayda is often held as a voice of reason, though this means little in a school where chaos reigns supreme.

While regarded as kind by the masses, Caecilia can still be ruthless and would not hesitate to cut down those who stand in her way, believing heavily in acceptable loss.

A young woman with an indomitable will and need to explore, Blake left home as soon as she was given the chance in order to further explore the world around her. Born in Dewford, Blake loved her home, but always felt rather restricted. she kept herself entertained by stories of myth and legend, and found herself fascinated with rumors and stories, and this was a fascination that stayed with her for a great majority of her life. She now takes every opportunity she can to investigate these stories and rumors herself, hoping to adventure and uncover mysteries of the world.

Once a wisp within the wind, Eddy has long since forgotten her original name, preferring to look ahead in life. A recluse by nature, Eddy had spent a great deal of her existence withdrawn from others, preferring her solitude to the company of others. Despite her attempts to remain withdrawn, she soon found herself drawn to the unique perspectives brought to her by others, a chance encounter and kindness bringing her faith as she began to take some degree of fascination with new encounters and interactions. However, a grand loss and a betrayal of trust and faith drew her quickly back into hiding, her faith shattered and her heart hardened by the encounter. Despite this, as time moved forward, she was faced with a second chance at life, a chance encounter bringing faith back into her life as she chose to once again try and open her mind and her heart, though doing so with great caution. After all, as soft as this owl may look, she is, by all means, still a bird of prey and will not hesitate to protect what she holds dear.

Can I add you on Discord?
If we've talked a bit / interacted beforehand, yes! I'm hyper awkward and shy and have a hard time talking to people sometimes so I only like to add people I've decided I'm comfortable with. That said, don't be afraid to ask me for it if we have talked even just in tags because more than likely I'm too afraid to ask for yours LOLHow long have you been cosplaying?
I'd like to say 6-7 years! I've honestly lost count LOLDo you make your costumes?
Some of them! not all of them but I like to challenge myself where I can! I try to share progress on my own creations and tag where I bought it if I bought it.Where did you get [insert object here]?
This generally pertains to things like wigs, costumes, contacts, makeup, sometimes merchandise and the like, and I try to tag where I get my supplies! If you ever want to know where I got something, let me know! And if I can't find it, I'll do my best to track it down or something similar for you!How did you make / do [insert object here]?
In regards to certain techniques and skills I used, again, never be afraid to ask me! I try to keep record of everything I make and I'll help best I can to explain how I do things or ways that could help you to do things. I usually commission my characters but I like to shower my friends with love where I can. A lot of my characters are fandom related and theres a lot of OC canon, so be aware.What the heck is with your schedule and why do you take so long to respond?
OKAY SO I'M REALLY BAD. I have insomnia and a really messed up schedule even when I do sleep, going to bed at like 5am and waking up at like 12pm est. so my stuff can be kinda erratic. This is because I spend a lot of time at home, especially nowadays due to being immunocompromised. As for why I take so long to answer, I always want to but sometimes i get very drained or shy and then I forget and have to work up the courage to beat my fear of awkwardness after a week passes. Some days it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days to get back to you. If I don't answer and it's been a while don't be afraid to hit me up again! The last few years have been sending me in another way and I'm easily distracted and preoccupied.What are your hobbies?
I’m a living shut in honestly! I attend school from home so theres where I usally am, helping to take care of my mother and our 5 animals, as my father is military and lives across the country presently. So my main hobbies are primarily cosplay, writing, gaming, watching hulu and netflix for absurd amounts of time and other thingsDo you roleplay?
